Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipments will not be dispatched on weekends or official public holidays.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping generally takes 7 to 15 business days for delivery to mainstream countries and regions worldwide. Remote areas will require an additional 3-5 business days for transit.

Free Shipping Terms

Free standard shipping is offered for all orders above $39. Orders valued under $39 will incur a fixed flat shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, a unique tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can view real-time logistics status and estimated delivery time online at any time.

Package Damage Instructions

All products are well-packaged to resist bumps and squeezing during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged packaging or defective items, please take complete clear photos of the outer package and damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt and contact our customer service for proper after-sales support.

Delivery Receipt

Please sign for your package personally upon arrival. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the local courier will arrange redelivery or notify you for self-pickup at the designated location. We shall not be liable for delivery failures caused by the buyer's long-term absence.

Customs & Import Charges

Any local import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees generated in the destination country shall be borne by the buyer. We will fill in a reasonable declared value for customs clearance as required for international transportation.
